Terms of Service
VisaForge — operated by OmniLeb Tech. Last updated 24 August 2026.
Who we are
VisaForge is operated by OmniLeb Tech, a software studio based in Lebanon. Where these terms say we, us or our, they mean OmniLeb Tech. Where they say you, they mean the person or organisation using VisaForge.
You can reach us at contact@omnileb.tech.
The service
VisaForge assembles a complete visa application package — cover letter, day-by-day itinerary, financial summary and a document checklist — from the trip details you provide, downloadable as PDF and DOCX.
Starter (1 credit, 9 USD), Traveler (3 credits, 19 USD) and Globetrotter (10 credits, 49 USD). One credit produces one complete visa package.
Your account
You need an account to use the paid features. You must give an accurate email address, keep your password confidential, and you are responsible for everything done through your account.
One person or organisation per account. Do not share credentials. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.
Acceptable use
Use VisaForge for its intended purpose, within the limits of your plan, and in compliance with the laws that apply to you.
Prohibited use
You must not:
- Resell, sublicense or white-label the service itself without a written agreement with us.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, billing, authentication or rate limiting.
- Reverse engineer the service, scrape it, or use automated clients against it other than through an interface we publish.
- Upload content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful, malicious or infringing.
- Use the service to build a directly competing product.
- Interfere with the service's operation or with other users' access to it.
Important limitation
VisaForge produces application paperwork. It does not provide legal or immigration advice, does not lodge applications on your behalf, and cannot influence a consulate's decision. A refused visa is not grounds for a refund.
Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns.
This means Paddle, not us, is the seller of record for your purchase. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax and VAT. The charge on your card or bank statement will show Paddle rather than VisaForge, which is normal and not a sign of fraud.
Paddle's own buyer terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.
Credits, expiry and cancellation
Credits are bought in packs and are consumed one at a time as you use VisaForge. A credit is spent when generation begins, whether or not you are satisfied with the result.
Credit packs are one-off purchases. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Credits do not expire while your account is open.
If a generation fails because of a fault on our side, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. If that does not happen, contact us and we will restore it.
You can close your account at any time. Unused credits are not carried over to a new account and, once the fourteen-day window described in our Refund Policy has passed, are not refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are issued by Paddle once we approve them.
Intellectual property
We own VisaForge, its software, design, branding and documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing.
What you put in and what you get out
You keep ownership of everything you submit. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to store your input, process it, and produce and deliver your output.
Documents generated for you are yours. You may submit them to any consulate or embassy and edit them freely.
Output is generated by an AI model. It can contain errors, omissions or statements that are simply wrong. Review it before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the service running but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may suspend the service for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features.
The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost business, lost data or lost opportunity, however caused.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or fifty United States dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Termination
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.
We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.
If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of a prepaid subscription period or any unspent credits.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights we will give you at least thirty days' notice by email or in the application before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic. The competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
